Data Center Features

Category Specification
Tier
  • Tier 4, certified by Uptime Institute, TCOS Gold and TCCF
  • Fault tolerant wth 99.999% availability and uptime
Location India
Power Infrastructure Features a total power capacity of 50 MW, with an IT load of around 30.4 MW, expandable up to 700 MW of raw power. Redundancy is maintained throughout infrastructure, including upstream power supply, distribution transformers, diesel generators, UPS, and batteries.
Power Source 50% of energy is derived from eco-friendly sources such as water, solar, and wind
Cooling
  • Underfloor cooling with N+2 redundancy, featuring 34 units of 400TR air-cooled chillers equipped with N+N redundant secondary pumps
  • Underfloor cooling supplemented by thermal storage (with a capacity of 100,000 liters), alongside redundant HVAC supply and return paths for chilled water, including redundant pumps and thermal storage systems
  • N+N DX-type Precision air conditioners
  • N+1 redundancy in Precision Air Handling Units (PAHU) for the data center hall and N+N redundancy for other utility areas
  • Maintaining Dry Bulb Temperature at 22 ± 2°C and Relative Humidity at 50±10% as per ASHRAE guidelines
  • Each server hall equipped with a dedicated ceiling-suspended TFA units (with a capacity of 500cfm) to ensure adequate fresh air intake and ventilation
  • 45KW High Density Racks utilize RDHx technology to efficiently manage cooling, addressing heat dissipation while ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability
Connectivity Each node is provisioned with 500 Mbps of redundant internet. The Ethernet architecture relies on Spectrum 4 400G switches and BlueField 3. Internode connectivity is facilitated through the InfiniBand architecture, specifically the NVIDIA Quantum 2 NDR switch.
Security Comprehensive 15-layer physical security setup
Other protections

  • Water Leakage Detection System
  • Fuel Leakage Detection System
  • Vermin Deterrent System
  • Fire Alarm System with Integrated Voice Evacuation
  • Water-Based Fire Protection System
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Gas Suppression Systems
  • Ventilation System
  • Suppression Mode - Automatic/Manual
Maintenance and Support Maintenance for all assets follows the OEM guidelines and includes two types: online and offline maintenance. Maintenance frequency includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. The extensive in-house team operates around the clock, providing remote hands and physical support.
Compliance and Certifications Fully compliant with all certificates and reports demonstrating strict adherance to industry standard and regulations
Scalability The campus has been constructed with a total capacity of 32,000 racks spread across five (planned) buildings
Disaster Recovery
  • 75KL x 8 units = 600KL-capacity underground fuel tanks designed to sustain 48 hours of operation at full load, complemented by an N+N Pumping System
  • Installation of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) devices at the highest point of the data center building to guard against lightning strikes, in accordance with IEEE-1100 code of practice
  • Grounding and earthing systems implemented according to IS 3043 codes of practice
